Through years of life, there are some countries that don’t allow the other
religions to bring Islamic people into theirs. Why is that? Has it ever occur
to you there is a reason for all that. Even though it’s not every country, it
actually shows that Islam is the true religion.
People has respect for this special religion.
But that is not exactly what I’m going to talk/write about. Today (unless
you’re reading it at night), I’m going to tell about the
importance of DAKWAH. There are a lot of Muslims out there that found
Islam, enter Islam from the basis of Dakwah. Everybody in Islam now came from
one basic, Dakwah. Even the one who is Islam because of bloodline came from
Dakwah. Why? Simple, their ancestors, which lives long ago. Who started to
became a Muslim and followed by the generations after them until they reach
you, after that your sons, and daughter and so on. The came into the light of
Islam starting by the Dakwah of their ancestors
Without Dakwah, Islam would be nowhere by now, there won’t be Islamic countries
such as, Mecca, Medina, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Malaysia. The prophet
brought Islam to the world and the first step of spreading Islam is by Dakwah in
his house. Yes, the first step is Dakwah and the
last step is still Dakwah. There are a lot of type of Dakwah, Dakwah by
words, by sword, by guns, by attitude and by action. But the base is Dakwah by
words which the best way I supposed. That is the most usual yet affective to us
Muslim. Dakwah by fighting or killing is the last resort.
The best example I could take in the world of Dakwah is Timor Khan, the ancestors of Genghis Khan, conqueror
of almost the whole world. He was the cruelest of human race. He was a Mongolian
head army. He came to all the Islam continent and take over the country. He butchered,
killed whoever who don’t want to join his religion. He raped Islamic girls and
wives. But, after years of cruelty in many continent, he ended up to be… an
Islam. Why? How? Does it happened?
Words spread that one day, Tuglub (Timor Khan) met a
team of religious men. He asked one of them, between you and this dog, which is
nobler? The man answered, if Allah forgave me, I’m nobler, but if Allah don’t
forgive me, this dog is nobler. Tuglub Khan was fascinated by his answered that
he said “I’m have been long interested with this Allah, what religion are you?”
he answered, “Islam”. Tuglub asked him to come to his castle when he is king,
at that time he was not yet powerful. When the time came, the Ulama’
died. His son came to Tuglub’s castle, but he didn’t made it in. So, he ‘azan’
by the window. Tuglub was fierce who dare to do that. Tuglub asked his soldier
to bring that man in, the son of that Ulama’ who is an Ulama’ himself now said
that it was the last order of his father. Tuglub said that he waited every day
in his reign for the Ulama’. Tuglub embraced Islam and from that day the
Mongols will hear ‘azan’ from the palace and the whole Mongol empire embraced
Islam, the whole Mongol empire embraced Islam. Why? Because of the light of Dakwah, the light of ‘HIDAYAH’.
Without Dakwah, Islam can’t succeed. Let us all bring Dakwah
upon us, by one way or another, by hook or by crook. INSHA-ALLAH…
